Exciting announcement: Tech4Eva joins forces with Business Angels Switzerland

After celebrating International Women's Day 2024 together with a joint event to showcase Tech4Eva Alumni and the Investment Opportunity, we are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership between Tech4Eva and Business Angels Switzerland (BAS). BAS is a leading network of individual investors committed to fostering innovation and driving growth in the Swiss start-up ecosystem. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in their journey to support and empower technology start-ups, and they are eager to share what this means for our community.

Who is Business Angels Switzerland?

Business Angels Switzerland, BAS, is an association of private individuals willing to invest time and money in small, newly–founded companies with innovative projects.

BAS, Business Angels Switzerland, is the most experienced Business Angel Club in Switzerland. They are a not-for-profit organization and organize 20 events and 60 start-up presentations per year, mainly in Zürich and Lausanne.

Last year they invested CHF 2.7M in 21 rounds. Their 90 members and the start-ups like the familiar and friendly atmosphere of our events. At BAS they encourage investing in the fast-growing,

Femtech sector. Start-ups like Aspivix and Yoni Solutions who will pitch in our next dinner meeting, are just a few examples of exciting start-ups in our portfolio. Women’s health start-ups play a crucial role in addressing the unique health needs of women. By focusing on this sector, they not only contribute to improving women’s wellbeing but also create investment opportunities. Encouraging more women investors, especially through organizations like Business Angels Switzerland, can foster diversity, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation in this vital field.
